Sarah and Tom are still talking in the coffee shop. They want to find things they have in common. "What do you like to do in your free time?" Sarah asks. "I love to read books," Tom says. "I read for an hour every day." Sarah smiles. "That's cool! I like to read too." Then Tom asks, "Do you play any sports?" Sarah says, "Yes, I do! I play tennis on the weekends. It is a lot of fun." Tom says, "That's a nice hobby! I don't play tennis, but I love to watch basketball on TV." They are both happy because they have things to talk about.
